Occasionally an item disappears in the post. It is either misdelivered or stolen, & there's not much you can do about it. I invariably send a full refund, even though it's not my responsibility. The changes to the feedback system puts purchasers in a powerful position. Please, before leaving bad feedback, let me know. I've had 3 critical feedback (out of nearly 2000) 1 was an item that went missing in the post, the other 2 were CD's where the cases were damaged in the post. If I'd been told I would have put it right or given a refund. I always post items the same, or next, day as payment is made & always use new jiffy bags, but still some cd's arrive with cracks in their cases. The problem is, if you put extra bubble-wrap in, the stamps cost another 58p. If there's any postmen reading this, PLEASE tread on my parcels carefully! One other little gripe I have is, why do so many ebays log their address details all in lower-case letters - even the postcode! If you use a labelling program like Word, you spend so much time correcting peoples addresses. |
