A buyer paid for an item and the next day asked for a refund if I hadn't already shipped the item. He gave a good reason so I have no problem with giving him a refund. My problem is how do I get my fvf back? Can I? I don't want him to get a bad mark and he wasn't a non-payer.Help! I tried looking it up but nothing seemed to fit this situation.
