I am a first time home owner and love to work in the yard.  The previous owners had a large rosemary hedge the length of the front lot by the road, but it needed cut and cleaned out...so here I am trying to clean up years of dead undergrowth.  It feels like I might have opened Pandora's Box or one of those 3D puzzles!  I didn't want to just mow them down, so I am taking more of a Bonsai view.  I have about 1/2 of it done and now have to get busy since I will be having my right hand surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome in a few weeks.
