I am Roo Palmer and I am the author of an Australian Christian family friendly series of fictional novels about an amazing young man with courage and a love to offer.

If you are searching for a set of family friendly, christian, yet inspirational and powerful, heartwarming stories that move you to an inner world beyond your own, and you are searching for something that is non-offensive and is okay for your children to read, then these stories will move your heart and theirs with good values. 

I would not recommend these stories to very young children as they talk about many social, domestic, family and christian issues that are a part of life today, but they are suited from the age of about ten onwards.

"Dale" is about a young man from the age of six years who is abandoned on the doorstep of an Australian Christian family and is brought up bearing a mysterious and bitter past.  He develops an interest in literature and uses poetry to ask his many questions of his real family and is constantly searching for the answers.  His friendship with the young girl next door starts to open out his secrets...and more questions and answers to his past are brought out into his adult life and his community are in awe of him.
