Hello, I'm sorry about your frustration. We always ask our buyers to allowe 5 business days for their item to be shipped. We got your payment on October 27th. The item was shipped out on November 2nd. You should be getting your item today or Monday. As far as no shipping information - this is a glitch with the US Post Office. They have a disclaimer with every delivery confirmation 'Please note: shipping status may not be available until the item has been delivered.' I have no idea why as it's not helpful at all in locating an item! I'm truly sorry that you are unhappy with our service, but please allow just a couple more days and then contact me again if you have not received it. Thank you so much. I will explain it again to you: You paid on October 27th. I shipped on November 2nd. That is 4 business days. The auction says to allow 5 business days for item to ship. So your item shipped 1 day earlier. USPS Priority Mail is a 2-3 business day delivery time. eBay clearly states that the seller has no control over transit time. USPS states that delivery confirmation is not available sometimes until after item has been delivered. Your item shipped on November 2nd. USPS doesn't have to deliver it until Monday November 6th. You can continue to email me reminding me that it has been 9 days, but unfortunately you will continue to get the same answers from me. I have done nothing wrong and I have done everything as stated in my auction. Just to make it a bit clearer to you, this is copied and pasted directly from the bottom of your auction page.
