You are absolutely right roxxreed. If they want a refund so bad, tell them to go to the post office and good luck getting it from them, 'cause that's where they money went lol...
Some people just can't understand 2-3 days is not 2-3 days from the day the auction ends but 2-3 BUSINESS days from the DATE SHIPPED.

I got a threatening email from a canadian buyer beacause he was overcharged by 7 cents.I gave him a refund of 7 cents and then blocked him.then he asked me why I won't let him bid.Since he already left feedback(which surprisingly was positive)I responded by telling him it was because he was a pompous,pain in the a..

This buyer's refusal to listen to reason, is why many sellers (including myself) do not leave feedback first. Sorry this happened to you :(

I have gotten these types of buyers before. The ones with the LOW feedback seem to be the ones that complain the most. Even though I CLARLY state shipping times and process, I still get some complaints...Why can't people just read!

I hope it turns out better for you. What a horrible experience. Thank you for posting this. I also posted into my blog, a few troublesome and ungreatful buyers, that I had and their harassing emails they sent me.

You are way more accomidating than most. Buyers need to understand that once the item leaves your possession it is completely out of your control. I have had Priority packages take as long as 10 days. Depending on if there is a federal holiday or anything the Post office might want to say or do. As per eBay rules the customer is to allow 30 days to recieve an item. And that is very realistic. Anyone who has purchased from JC Penney Catalog or any catalog knows it takes 4 - 6 weeks (minimum). Keep your chin up. Your customers will rally and you'll bury that negative quickly. That's what happened when this happend to us.

November and December are the worst months for shipping because of the holidays. Usuaully people understand though that it might take a little extra time.

You were very patient with this person. what part of it did he not understand. possibly he or she thought 5 shipping days meant 5 days to get to them. unfortunatly people don't read.I have listed something as paypal only and recieved a money order in the mail. one guy sent me cash. others want me to ship when I state local pick up only . so hang in there. the rest of your feedback will speak for itself!!

Anyone that wants to know who that Bidder/Buyer was, only has to click on Roxx's feedback number, You will see it there in the very recent transactions.. and we don't have to Name Names in here but just have the info.. sorry about all that Roxx, what a Dragg.. I almost hate to say it but this person sounds (by their typing) as if perhaps English may be their second language, so there are likely some language and culture differences as well.. can make communication difficult...and comprehension even tougher..

BTW, have you attempted to get the negative removed? Since there is no justification for it and the emails are proof of that, you should have a wonderful case.

Oh, i'm sorry that you had to deal with that kind of customer. But you handled it really well!! Your professionalism will definetely help you succeed in your future transactions! As for cjc_alaska, i don't think it's fair to say that that buyer has communication problem just because he/she probably doesn't have English as first language. That's my opinion.

To all readers: The cost to ship this item was $6.05. I'm not sure where buyer is getting the $4.05 idea. Anyhow, I think that my handling charge of $2.00 was more than reasonable. Time, bubble wrap and tape aren't free! Oh well, I'm over it as there is nothing I can do with this buyer except block them. Thank you!!

If you don't get another neg before you reach 2000, you will get your 100% back. I did . Although the neg stays, you will get 100% back. My first neg was because someone wanted to wait 20 days to pay me. When I said no, she gave me a neg. Of course ebay would not remove it. She is now a NARU. Hurts your heart. so sorry. You have a lot of shoulders to cry on. We understand how you feel. You can bet this buyer will be put on a lot of BBL .
