Most Recent Posts grrrrrr at disputesPosted Feb-10-08 05:11:19 PST recently I have recieved negative feed back from a buyer who said her items had not been delivered , I chased the items up with royal mail and was told it was their policy not to class goods as lost untill after 15 working days and that the items could still be in transit. I then relayed this info along with a copy of the postal receipt to the buyer explaining that I would try again if the goods hadnt turned up after the mandatory 15 days. The buyer then told me that was b*&^%It and opened a dispute , then left me feed back claiming I am a thief which is DEFAMATION and unreasonable as the full 15 days hadnt passed, she neither gave me the chance to offer a refund or the oportunity to chase up the items correctly .. I contacted paypal about the dispute and found the only way to resolve this is to give full refund even though there is still a chance the goods might still be in transit !!!! meanwhile the buyer has contacted me saying we should both claim on insurance for lost goods and make a bit of cash ....hmmmm something is starting to small a bit fishy and it certainly isnt dinner!!!! ...meanwhile back in paypal land i find that if you are a buyer paypal will fight your corner till the death if you are a seller..well basically give a refund or have your account held |
