I bought a book 8 days before going home from uni for Easter and the delivery took ages. So a day before going home I emailed the seller and asked if they could send it to my home address instead as it was a present for my boyfriend and didn't want it stuck at the wrong place. They did do this for me but I was annoyed at having to ask for this to be done in the first place and I also never received any replies to my messages so I left a neutral feedback comment. They didn't like this and left an unfair and rude negative feedback for me. I tried to get it removed but they refused to consent to this so it remains on my feedback score.

Please don't be put off by this comment as I always pay straight away and wouldn't normally mess you around. It was just unfortunate that I was going home for three weeks and wouldn't have been able to collect the book in time for my boyfriend's birthday.
