Some of you may have noticed my "icon" or avatar. This is my art, my creation. I have a facination with scorpions, but then again, i am a Scorpio. I have drawn my own tattoos as well as one for my wife on her back. Maybe I will put a link up for those in the near future. I've gotten the question before about my icon, just thought I could save a step. We can still talk about it, as well as other scorpion related tattoos I have drawn, I plan on changing it out every once and a while. We'll see.

I collect a few specific things. Always trying to get more things to add to my collection of things.

Shot Glasses. To date, I posses 329 shot glasses. Picked them up in a variety of places around the world. And of course, evry collection has favorites.

Scorpio and Scorpion. I can't even begin to explain this one, had it since I can remember as a child.

Crown Royal Collectibles. Unique things like ho scale train set, 1/24 scale nascar ride, mirrors, signs, and neon lights. Not real interested in clothes or hats, one can only have so many of those.

Tamiya Clodbusters. Bits, pieces, parts, and leftovers. We are building Clodenstein, my personal re-creation. And yes, "It's Alive!". Always looking for more, always needing something else, and I will never be done with it.

United States Air Force Memorabilia. Most of it revolves around my old Air Force job, so, if IYAAYAS means something to you, speak up.

RC Nitro 1/10 scale Monster Truck . I don't posses one yet. I'm looking tho, mostly here in eBay, call me lazy. I spose, in the end, I like the thrill of the chase. But, I am looking. Looking for eBay autions or sales, not interested in out of eBay transactions. Got one for sale on eBay? Point me that way.

I'm retired from the U.S. Air Force.  A 461 by trade, a 2W0 for those of you in todays Air Force. IYAAYAS! was our slogan. Why do I bring all of this up? Brotherhood.

An observation I've made here @ eBay is that there is not alot of Air Force stuff for sale and I've yet to find anything to reflect my job or experiences while serving in the Air Force. No complaint here, ones memoribilia is sacred to them. But no military related stores here that I've found. Got one, know of one. or seen one? Point me that way please. Thanks in advance.

There are those of you who will know exactly what a Clodbuster is, and those of you who don't. It doesn't really matter which one you are.

I collect Clodbusters, parts actually, used and new, I'm not usually picky if it works like it is suppose to work.

You see, I've been building/re-building what I have dubbed "Clodenstein", my recreation of what was never an original, it has been made from many parts from many Clods out there. Will I ever be done, someone is asking. Probably not, I have a 6 year old son who is very involved.

So, any info within eBay auctions about such things, I openly accept. I am not interested in out of eBay transactions. If you are selling, let me me know the item number(s) or point me in that direction.

Any help, stories, comments, or information is always welcome here. I'm not promoting this site, www.rcjunkyard.com , but it is a pretty good forum.

Recently I was exposed to a whole slew of scam SCOs. It started one day about a week and a half ago. No big deal, it happens. After that day, I get 10-15 per day on stuff I'm bidding on currently, stuff that ended 3 months prior and everything in between. I'm on eBay on a regular basis, I see things I like in my price range and go for, get into the bidding, knowing my limits.

I found out from eBay that this is a very big problem here. Also, that it starts with one seller getting your information and either using it himself, passing it on to friends, or out right selling it. The latter seems to be the common way of doing it.

It just goes to prove it, there is nowhere to go for safe anything in the world. So, if you notice I'm a recent name change, that was the reason and only option eBay gave me. And, I'm new to eBay either. I had been on for about three years, buying and selling, had a feedback score of 436. My account was hijacked and I vowed to never come back, ever. Then, about a year ago I was looking for some RC parts for a project I've been working on for three years, and chose to give eBay a chance again, after a 10 month hiatis.

Anyway, the long and short of it is this, I'm back, buying and selling again. A little wiser this time around, but still pissed that eBay's the place to get robbed if you're not paying attention.

Question for the day? Why does it seem that seelers, some of them, have high flat shipping rate for something that is small or weighs very little? My guess, these stores try to make up for their bargains, some sell for less that what they wanted and this is their way of covering loss. I say that from experience. I bought 2 specialized tools, under a pound (14 1/2 ounces). Flat rate shipping was $29.99, but when I had it delivered, the USPS stated, right on the box, it cost this seller $2.86 for shipping. Just a pet peave of mine.
