Been away from E-bay for a while but now I am back amd hoping to get into that selling mood -

This person had an issue with the clock she bought from me - I contacted the manufactuer and had them send out another clock - Did not give anyone the run around and I really believe in order to build a trust selling on E-Bay that we need to go above and beyond the call of service -
