So on the feedback page it says "please leave honest feedback".  But I am quickly learning that when you are the seller they don't REALLY mean that!  Because if you do, leave HONEST feedback, they will remove it and you will receive a policy violation notification!  So to all that did not know, do NOT leave an HONEST comment with a positive feedback.  You can only say that the buyer was all flowers and rainbows!  Even if they waited 45 days to wash a dress and then complained because it faded when they washed it in the washer on a "normal cycle" when you told them to wash it by hand in cold!  Even if you offered a refund or replacement and they didnt take it.  So there you have it folks, do not, I repeat, do NOT leave HONEST feedback! 

Why is it that the BUYER gets to leave her version of HONEST feedback, but I as the seller get to leave only positive?  I know, I know, this question has been asked a million times since this lovely new policy was put into place.  But I ask you, why then, does it say, "please leave honest feedback" on the page where you can ONLY choose positive?  Because HONESTLY one of my recent transactions was NOT a positive experience!  I HONESTLY am quite pissed off about it!  Because I HONESTLY offered to replace a dress that had been WASHED by an idiot buyer who obviously can't do laundry properly.  First up, she waited to leave feedback until she had washed it!  Isn't that HONESTLY questionable? Especially when it is a "turkey" themed Thanksgiving dress?  (This all happened WEEKS after Deliv. Conf. receipt)  Then she was so HONEST as to ding me in EVERY DSR catagory, even though the item was received exactly when stated and in the condition stated. She single handidly cost me a 20% discount this month, I will now get 5%!   Is it HONESTLY my fault that she washed it wrong and the colors bled?  I HONESTLY don't think so!  All fabrics were PREWASHED and instructions given to the buyer to wash in cold BY HAND!  She admitted in email that she washed it in the machine on a "normal" cycle.  I have sold over 20 of this SAME dress this year and over 50 last year, with not ONE complaint!  I also made this dress for my own daughter, it has been washed and is fine!  And furthermore I HONESTLY offered to replace the dress if she sent it back to me, guess what?  This HONEST buyer refused to let me see it.  No pictures, no return, she just wanted to leave her HONEST feedback, which by the way didn't mention the fact that I offered to fix the situation by replacement/ refund/ etc..  Real HONEST huh?   So gee, thanks for your HONESTY lovely buyer!  I am HONESTLY disgusted!

Okay, I feel better now!  :0)   

Okay, so I wake up this morning to my feedback score going DOWN when I didn't even get a negative or a neutral?  What the Hell?  I am assuming this is due to the new ebay feedback calculation system where it uses number from the past year not your ENTIRE ebay time! LOVELY, huh?  So because I lost my home to a tornado and didn't sell for 6 weeks, even though I am working my butt of now I still get a lower score.  This hardly seems fair, what will ebay come up with next?

Anyone else experience this?

Listings are up and running!  For a while I will keep them limited until I get back into the swing of things, but you can rest assured that I am back on track and ready to go.

YAY! We have moved into our new home. We closed last Wednesday and I managed to have almost all of the new furniture delivered on Thursday! :0)  I must say my spirits are much higher now that I am sleeping in a REAL BED!!  I am working with insurance now and getting items replaced as quickly as I can.  I have tried to purchase some of the same items we had in our old house so that it feels a little more like home.  The first night with the new furniture, new surroundings, etc... kind of felt like we were visiting someone elses house.  All sewing equipment is now set up in my house!  I can work until 2 am again if I want to, so orders will ship much more quickly again!  I am hoping to have some listings up by the end of the week.
