Bad Feedback

Hi everyone.

 Some of you out there including my regular customers may have noticed my 1 negative feedback. I am pretty upset about this. I have been a seller for a while now and so far all my customers are 100 percent happy. Unfortunatly my perfect feedback was ruined by a totally immature, rude and abusive seller after I tried to buy something.

 Ok, so I click "Buy It Now" and go straight to check out and paid immediatly with Paypal. I never hang about and always pay promptly. Now this seller brags constantly about shipping in hours not days and how fantastic his shipping is etc.......

 I sent the idiot a polite mail asking when my items would be shipped as I was eager to recieve them for a function. Just to clarify my situation, I bought darts scoreboards for my games room and needed them pretty quick as I had a function. So anyway, I get no reply from this guy and I am wondering whats going on as he is still continuing to add more listings by the hour so he is deffinitly accessing his account.

 After a long while I finally get a response from him which was short and rude saying Oh someone mailed him and asked for my stuff to be mailed to an alternate name and address and how he'd already mailed me to see if this was true. (Very rudely I might add.. staing that if I want them shipped somewhere else then I better ship them myself after I receive them) .

 Ok I know there are scammers out there so I didn't hold that against him. I returned his mail stating very politley that it must be someone trying to scam him, said thank you etc and repeated my request for a deliver estimate, not to worry and to ship to my paypal authorised address. 3 days went by with this horses ass ignoring all my mails so I used paypal to get his telephone number and call him as he hadn't even printed my label yet.

 Basicly this guy made racist remarks about me being a dumb Englishman, isulted me and refused to ship my items or refund my money until the following Monday. (This conversation was on a Saturday). There was absolutely no reason why I had to wait for a refund until Monday as I paid via Paypal and it's an instant refund likewise. Paypal doesn't care what day it is except for eChecks. He just wanted to be a fool.

 Ok so Monday comes and goes, No refund so I had to open a claim to get my money back. Finally Tuesday, my money is back but I have negative feedback which is again insulting, calling me a whacko. Mature huh? He also straight up lies in his feedback too.

 I feel somewhat betrayed by Ebay as as this was going on I was communicating with Ebay customer service regarding this fool and they said there was nothing they could do as he was intitled to his opinion. As a seller I feel it's unfair that a beligirant fool can ruin my perfect feedback and hold my money because his customers have issues with being insulted and spoken to like a petulant child, especially when I tried to remain polite, professional and friendly.

 If you read his feedback it's actually quite funny as he also reams and insults people who leave him positives, I just wish I had done so before I tried to buy from this guy as I deffinitly would have passed him by.

 Sometimes you just can't win with people but I will try not to let it get me too upset. Thank you for your time and best wishes.

 Jeeez, what's up with some people, you try your best and they still can't be made happy. I am getting somewhat preturbed by some of the idiots who like to buy and sell on here. I have always prided myself on making my listings as clear as possible but still it seems either some people buy before reading the listings or can't read at all.

 I am dealing with a total ass at the moment who didn't understand VINYL is PLASTIC. I sell my items VERY CHEAP, my shipping is VERY CHEAP, my listings are HONEST, CLEAR and DETAILED but still it does not weed out the idiots. OK, yes I'm mad, surely you can tell eh? Sometimes it doesn't seem like it's worth the effort to list here what with Ebays extortionate listing fee's, Paypal fee's and there is no system in place for removing feedback from the dishonest population of Ebay.......

 So please, please, please read listings thouroughly and if you are not sure what you are buying, please drop me an email and I will be more than happy to sort out whatever problem you have. I like to keep my customers happy but if you can't read or are in the habit of buying before you know what you are doing, at least refrain from the rude, mean and immature emails once you receive your item and don't get what you expected. (Just for the record COMPUPROONE, I would have given you a refund if only you had asked) Also remember the listings cost sellers money both when you list, when you sell and the paypal fee when we receive payment so we are charged 3 times in all.
