I've been an honest seller, selling on Ebay for quite a while but just recently I've noticed a big jump in the amount of buyers who are unsatisfied with my products, claiming they are faulty, claiming non-receipt or just generally complaing about delivery time (e.g purchased on Monday, expecting it on Tuesday.)
It seems that buyers now have an unfair advantage with new Ebay & Paypal policies and are taking this to levels which are leaving me on many occasions out of pocket, to the point where I'm thinking about winding down my trading activity altogether on Ebay. It doesn't seem to be worth it anymore.
Are any other sellers experiencing this?
