When I first opened my eBay Store I was cutting up dinner plates into Mosaic Tile sets and listing them. Therefore, the store name TheMosaicMall! It was hard work cutting up all of those tile sets. I used to take my son and the neighborhood boys out to the area lakes fishing. While the boys fished I would sit at a picnic table and cut up plates. It was kind of a win-win for me as I didn't have to deal with having china shards in the house and I was able to spend a lot of time outside and get the boys out fishing.

I remember the day clearly when I moved from selling mosaic tile sets to selling Replacement Dinnerware. I had a particularly pretty plate that I was curious about. I ended up looking the plate up online to find out the value and was shocked when I discovered it was worth $100! For ONE plate... that was the day that I started to look at my piles of china dinnerware in a whole new light.

From there I moved into Replacement Dinnerware. Before I moved to Wisconsin I also listed flatware... that will be coming again soon.
