Ebay sent email advert for a one day sale of 10cent listing fees.  I listed several items and "assumed" the discount would be deducted before billing.  I did not get a discount and when I contacted Ebay, I was given a rubbish story about the sale was on pacific coast time and I was on east coast time, which insinuated that I placed my listing too early or too late.  One rep tried to tell me I listed the day before the sale but I researched and found I had not.  The sale was for Dec 27th and I added several listings between 1:30am and 2:46am on Dec 27th.  Ebay then tried to say I missed the sale because I am on a different coast, when the email clearly did not say anything about that.  It was sent to my email adr on my time.   What rip offs they are.. arrrggggg......
