With over 200 different prints in stock, I do my best to keep up with inventory.

I need your help.  When you purchase, please pay in a timely manner. It is difficult to keep up with my inventory when buyer takes a long time to pay. After a certain amount of time, I assume that the buyer no longer wants the fabric and I offer it to customers who want it right away.

For instance, I recently had an invoice paid from two months ago, it was a large order so it took a large portion of my inventory. I assumed the buyer no longer wanted the fabric and I relisted accordingly. I had a buyer who was upset with me when I no longer had their print in stock (and threatened a negative feedback) 

It is very difficult trying to keep all my customers happy. I try to accommodate the best I can. I offer many different ways to pay, special order fabric, combine invoices and shipping, offer shipping discounts, refund money if buyer pays too much for shipping, offer more fabric at winning price (subject to supply),  ship internationally and do my best to answer all e-mail messages.

In the past I have been very lenient with payment... Due to the a few challenging transactions I believe I need to re-think this.
