Budgets-Rental Property-Making Money I LEARNED HOW TO DO IT!

I am creating this listing for several reasons.  I am a Bethel College graduate, an accountant, I own rental properties and obviously, I sell on eBay.  I have gained a lot of knowledge from the experience I have in all of these area's-put them all together and I believe I can help people get ahead.  Questions, please email me tootsiebaby44@yahoo.com (this was my email address when I was 18 and I just don't have the heart to change it to something more mature) direct!  I am a down to earth, real person who is honestly trying to change a familys future.  I started 5 years ago with a good job, living in a trailer listening to mice chew on the walls...quite the motivation to turn things around for myself, and my daughters.
  1. I see so many people lose their homes. 
  2. I see so many people throw away rent (I own 6 rental properties that I acquired on my own, with my own income) instead of save and use that money to buy a house-WHICH IS much CHEAPER.  There are tons of grant programs available-yes Free money, it seems nobody knows about and banks for some reason aren't advertising-so I am!  I didn't know everything I know now when I started, but I have learned a lot along the way.
  3. I am a 32 year old girl (woman sounds too professional) and have accomplished a lot and would like to help other and share what I have learned.  I figured by making this listing, I might find a person or 2 who I can genuinely help.  I would like to start a non profit and do this for a living but...I have two kids and health insurance is too expensive~Period.  So I'm going to do what I can to get started this way and see how much interest is out there. 
  4. I will customize a budget (in excel) for you for one year, you will have to send me a listing of your bills, just generic, I don't need account numbers and all that stuff, I don't even need to know your name.  I will email it back to you.  You can save it on your computer or print it out.
  5. In addition to budgets, I have learned THE FEDERAL HUD PROGRAM inside and out, as long as you are not my competition : ) , I will share my secrets.  I have bought houses at 50% their value, I have also bought houses on behalf of the city that I work for for $1 (sorry, only governments can do this).

Florida trip
