I spent some time listening to the collective comments on ebays auction hotline yesterday evening. Not one person who left a message about the new policy regarding feedback was happy. I won't be the only one not selling on ebay after the 20th. There are several who will be exiting to places like blujay. I may even start early by just not relisting the auctions that time out! New Policy Change in regard to FeedbackPosted Jan-30-08 12:35:09 PST As of February 20th 2008 I will not be selling Fiesta ware on Ebay. The new policy regarding final value fees begins February 20th 2008. The new policy regarding a seller not being able to leave negative or neutral feedback for buyers will go into effect in March 2008. The strongest statement that can be made in protest to this new policy is to cease selling and buying on Ebay. Perhaps if there is a mass exodus to other more fair selling sites, Ebay will understand the great injustice they have done to sellers who are the backbone of Ebay. If you want Fiestaware from me you need to buy before February 20th. Thank you to all my repeat customers. |
