Product RecallPosted Apr-26-08 08:14:08 PDT On April 15th in my daily blog http://conchacastaneda.blogspot.com I wrote about how our lawns are possibly the greatest waste of resources here in America. They cost us money, time, and labor. We even pay some times for grass cuttings to be hauled away. Lawns may not be cost effective unless you are a golf course! Everyone is talking about going green these days. What could be greener than grass you might ask? Imagine using the same space to grow food and not have to mow every few days. Imagine a well manicured yard that has no grass but beautiful plants, bushes, and flowers instead. Imagine not having to mow or go out and buy and haul gasoline for this extra vehical that requires maintance. This is a photo of the only grass in our yard and it is cat grass. It was grown for the sole purpose of gratifying our cats. We haven't touched a lawn mower in 3 years. I am amazed at what else we have instead and I will be posting photo in the next few weeks as crops, plants, and flowers come up instead of the so called lawn. Todays daily blog features a robotic lawn mower that has been recalled by The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. If you go to my blog archive you can find my first blog about Greener than Grass and todays Recall on the Lawn Bott Robotic Lawn mower. If you visit lawnbott.com check out the video of this gizmo in action.
