Hello fellow bloggers!

Seems like I don't get the time to drop in very often. Too many irons in the fire lately.

Take, for instance, having a house full of 8 boys under the age of 8. Several quite active, to put it mildly.

And going to auctions to find goodies to list.

And researching. Oh my, how much time that takes, but it's fun and rewarding if done right!

And trying to learn how to promote our store.

MySpace has been a new adventure. Along with signing up with various other sites.

So, in order to get away from all the busy-ness of real life and ebay, DH, Kiki, and I are going away for the weekend to a KOA with a cabin. Camping, if you will. LOL

We used to go camping all the time when the kids were small. Setting up the tent, lugging out all the coolers, sleeping bags, camping stove, duffel bags, etc. Going swimming in the clear, cold falls, hiking up and down the hills, listening to the crickets chirp and watching the fellow campers make idiots out of themselves as they sang off pitch around their camp fires...

This will be a Father's Day/birthday outing for us. Kiki and I both have birthdays coming up, and we wanted to try the not so rough camping thing again. Age has caught up with DH and me, and we aren't able to nimbly assemble a tent or scramble up the steep, rocky inclines any longer, but we can sleep in a cabin. (provided his snoring doesn't keep ALL of us awake!)

Who all is going somewhere special this summer? Disneyland? Grand Canyon? Europe? Six Flags? The Rockies? San Francisco? Chicago? Myrtle Beach? Maine? Hawaii?

This Land is your land, this land is my land, from California, to the New York Island...
