I have been in business for about 15 years with 10 of them being an internet based business only. So for 10 years i have sold on ebay & also a retail website.So i am very experienced at everything that has to do with shipping & customer service. How could i not be after 10 years of doing this .What drives me up a wall is ebay trying to tell me how to run a business on ebay when i am the one who has already done this for 10 years . I am not 100% positive that the heads of ebay have ever been a internet retail seller & know what comes along with being one . So before throwing all the sellers in the same pot, maybe you should look at the experienced sellers and ask them for input. I have had my share of negative feedback over the years & it basically means nothing , most of them came without anything i could have done to prevent it .They were going to leave it no matter what i did .I have probably paid over$100,000 in ebay & paypal fees over the 10 years & i don't think i have ever got a thank you . How about a free day of listing ?a t shirt ? anything .Ebay is losing me & if they are losing me they are more than likely losing a lot of us , i can't take the petty childilke feedback system or the non existing customer service from ebay . They are collapsing daily.
