When others phish and get information they bid and don't pay. It doesn't make sense really because they don't get the purchase, but it makes it bad on everyone. I was being pressured by Ebay to pay for things I didn't order. I thought it was my kids, so I paid, but it wasn't them. Some said it was the sellers doing the phishing and then buying their own things to get paid. I just got caught up in it. I lost my standing with Ebay after 1000 or more purchases, and it was as if Ebay didn't want to hear my side of it. Nasty CD sellers were the main thieves it turns out. I dont' want to post their names incase they're being Phished too - but just be careful and maybe change your information every 30-60 days. That's my plan.
