Indeed it is a busy period for us here at South East Memorabilia. Like a bus you wait for ages then get lots of events at once!

Last week we managed to obtain two great autographs from legendary actor Tony Curtis at a London television filming. The man could not have been nicer to those waiting to meet him, and despite his ageing years and ill health, was in good spirits throughout! Kevin Bacon was also at this event, and we managed to snag a few for our personal collections from him, though he was nowhere near as friendly as Mr Curtis.

Sunday saw us in London for the television BAFTA's, though a poor list of names stopped us from heading over, though we did pick up a signature from great James Bond director Lewis Gilbert. Lewis was again a true gent, and we're afraid this one is not for sale! Sorry folks!

Last night was the premiere for What Happens In Vegas, though promoting it alone due to the sad death of Cameron Diaz's father, Ashton Kutcher seemed like he wanted to be elsewhere, and we were only (at a struggle!) able to obtain one autograph from him, so again there will be nothing to provide for our customers.

The juxtaposition from the old to the young actors was huge for us to see this past week though, the older guys had class and dignaty, the young guns simply were not interested in meeting anyone who was waiting. They have a lot to learn!
