Garden State Postcard Club Show and Sale

Hello, everyone.
Next month on Columbus Day Weekend (Oct. 7th and 8th) - we will be at the Garden State Postcard Collectors' Club Show and Sale at the P.A.L. facility in Parsippany, New Jersey. With nearly three million cards under one roof, it is one of the largest (and oldest) postcard shows on the east coast. Dealers usually come from all over the country. You would recognize many of their eBay ID's.  It's a great opportunity to meet some of them in person and say hello. I don't feel comfortable mentioning their ID's or names without their explicit permission, so for now we'll only say that we'll be there and trust that some others will do the same.

Hi, good luck with the show. I often go to that one myself. It's a good one. Tip: Go early, parking can be a problem.

From my father-in-laws things I found some U.S. Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, Ill. These are very old. Several are men that make up anchors, anchors with USN on it, they are taken by MOLE. One shows the entrance to U.S. Naval Training Center back in the "30. I am not for sure on the exact date. Because of the two cars going through the gates I don't know my auto's well enough. Would these be of interest to any one.
