Dear Friends of Starrloop Outlet,

We have had to close our store due to eBay policy changes regarding delivery of our designs. This news just came to me in the past 24 hours. (No thanks to eBay, by the way, they did not bother to notify us!) To keep listing in the previous format, I will have to burn a CD with the designs and templates and mail it to my clients. Most of my clients are international and the delay would be senseless and ridiculous!!! It is the 21st century, right? Businesses use e-mail to deliver valuable information every day. My business depends on electronic or digital delivery. Many of my clients order one simple design for their store logo. It takes about 30 minutes of my time and I e-mail the link for their logo and it's ready to use on their eBay page or any other pages they choose in about 24 hours. I asked $5.00 for this service. Other designers would consider such work beneath their talents! For me, it's a pleasure. I enjoy the work and I enjoy that I can offer something for a reasonable price. If I have to add a shipping cost to each order and delay the delivery it is a disservice to my clients. At this time, I am still so upset about the changes that I can't think of what to do next. If I change to their classified ad format I will lose the ability to offer my designs in the previous format of the store listings which worked very well. I have hundreds of designs and listing each design by category helped my clients find the right look for their store brand. I just do not see how a classified format will work and I can't sit and revise hundreds of listings to include a shipping fee (even if I wanted to). My husband needs a liver transplant and this business was growing and was hopefully going to help us meet his ongoing medical needs. I am feeling really upset right now, so I think I'll stop here. Ugh. :(

Sorry, but we are on vacation settings until after our trip to Seattle for Dad's pre-transplant check-up. We are not away from home all of this time, but just not able to keep up with graphic orders right now. We like to keep our promises for fast service, so to ensure quick response and delivery of your graphics orders we will be on vacation settings and no new sales until mid-April. A note to our many customers outside of the USA. We love you! It's fun having so many loyal customers located in other countries. Please keep in mind that Starrloop Outlet is based in the northwestern USA and runs on Pacific time. If you send an email, it may take up to 24 hours for a reply.
