A Year on Ebay & Another New Product In Our Shop!Posted Jun-15-08 01:18:45 PDT Wow, where does the time go? I can't believe that it's a year ago on Thursday since Starz Ceilings started trading on Ebay! I just got a little 'Happy Anniversary' message when I logged in! What a year it's been...we've gone from strength to strength and are now pioneering a brand new new glow-in-the-dark paint, and new easier airbrushing techniques! Exciting times! We've added lots of products to our range over the months, the most recent being our Dora The Explorer, Bob The Builder and Ben 10 Daytime Invisible Glow-In-The-Dark Starry Skylight Posters - perfect for the child who is afraid to go to sleep in the dark. Our Circular Posters in the Autism category have also been selling well recently. In fact, for a while, everyone wanted round posters and our rectangular posters got sidelined for a while! We've now reinstated them, and they've been selling well too. The final component finally arrived for our new product line, which we'll finally be getting in the shop tomorrow. We have created a unique range of daytime visible / glow in the dark door plaques for children's bedrooms (perfect for finding your way back to bed after a trip to loo in the dark in the middle of the night!!) In the daytime, you can see the child's name and a favourite character (in the examples shown, you can see Tinkerbell and a Bratz character, but we have LOTS to choose from including Dora The Explorer, Carz, Spiderman, Superman, High School Musical etc...etc...the list goes on and on), but when it gets dark, the whole plaque comes to life! The character will gently fade away, leaving a starry background, just like our Starz Posters, and the child's name glowing all night long! The plaques are acrylic based and can be affixed to the door with the sticky pad on the back. They come in Rectangular and Oval and the names can be created in a variety of colours - here you see violet and blue. This is another first, so we're really hoping it will prove popular! Our own children love them!
