The new fee structure begins on February 20th, the changes with feedback starts in May.....

Hubby and I just went ahead and renewed our advertising auctions for the next month.....but, we are considering leaving ebay after February 20th.  The increase in FVF's and paypal fees for store items will hit us very hard on our $5 and $10 purchases.

Decisions have to be made by all.....

We are rising on the internet charts...everyday we get closer and closer to being on par with our biggest competitor (pogo).  In fact, at the rate we are going, we should be compatable to them within 2 months.  As a result we have canceled the $5 per day advertsing spots and went into negotiations with some major corporate sponsors for the gaming site.  This is really very exciting for us!! We're hittin' the big time baby!

We will still be offerering the rotating banner spots at $10, to everyone who wants to be a part of the site.  Tonight, though...I will be changing the auction to read $10 for 10,000 views instead of 25,000.

So, if you were wanting to purchase, NOW would be the time.  Buy up as much space as you can at this price.....because it will only be going UP in the future! YAY!

• In the past month we have had over 250 people sign up for an account.  That's up from 150 sign ups we had last month. We are growing and growing!

• 60% of those users have an ebay account
• We are ranked very highly on the search engines. Most of our traffic comes from google and yahoo searches for a variety of keywords, not just gaming keywords, but selling points for our advertisers.  Words used in our over 130 user written articles.
• It is a gaming site, we have over 490 games, the users play the games over and over again and see your ads often and do click through
• Over 130 articles on the site, every one filled with keywords that are highly searchable on the search engines
• The banners show on every page of our site. 
• We work very hard to insure quality traffic and do our best to help you make the most of your ad space.
• 100's of positive feedback scores from advertisers over the past year, no negatives at all.

Anyone here suffer from them?

I believe my husband had one today.....he was out with a friend when all of the sudden his eyes hurt.....extremely bad.......he came in the house, just stumbling....saying his eyes were exploding....

I put him in the bed, got him a cold cloth and then looked up 'eyes feel like exploding' on the net and came up with Cluster Headaches......he laid there in just....heart-wrenching pain for about 45 minutes....all the time, I was just not sure if we should go to the hospital or not (we don't have insurance)....

Finally they subsided.....apparently it moved around his head.....from exploding to eyes, to hyper-sensitive hearing.....to just an aching head....

Scared the hell out of me.....

Hey guys, just wanted to make a quick blog about why I haven't been around...lol

Nothing bad has happened, all is well......just one day, I sat down to blog and said to mahself "hmmmm......let's go watch TV instead".....so then I watched some TV....hung out with the husband......started cleaning the house.......made a huge dinner......watched some more TV.......went out on a date with my husband to our local casino (won $400!)...came back home......started playing on our PSP.....and just.......gave up on blogging for a bit.....

I'll be back around sooner or later......just need a little 'Me' time that involves personal relationships and whatnot :-)

Well, here we are again! American Idol Season 7!  I'm really looking forward to this season.

Now, the auditions, every year are usually about the same, some bad singers get passed through the screeners in order to be laughed at by us, the general public, some of them get back-stories, some don't.  Same with the good singers.  Sometimes we get to know a bit about their lives, and sometimes not.

One of my favorite good singers was Jose Candelvara.  He was the latin singer towards the beginning and I liked him a lot.  I think that he might be one to watch, but then again, he got absolutely no back story, so maybe not.

Kristy Lee Cook, the pretty blonde country singer from Oregon felt like a ‘ringer’ to me…in fact, I said outloud, ’the fix is in!'.  Turns out there is a rumor going around that she was on Arista Nashville and signed to Britney Spears Productions.  Interesting, don'tya think? They didn't mention that in her loooooooong introduction which included horses, cage fighting and what-not but, nope, didn't say anything about her already being a pro.

This has got to be my favoritest Idol Wannabe line EVAH:

“I wanna love a girl from…from the hair (touches head) to the…..to the …..(touches toes) ……….to the n*pple”

*sparkle smile*

It reminded me of the moment in the Simpsons Movie where suddenly you saw Barts who ha…..It was a surprise, and I actually guffawed.

Another point of no return was 'the bad girl' who cursed Simon and told him to "TAKE IT!" several times and showed America her behind.  She really didn't sing badly, she was at least, seemingly, in tune and wasn't that bad.  She also didn't appear to be beaten up too badly by the judges (though, that might have been creative editing on the part of the producers).  I think she kind of lost it, but should still do well, and I'm positive she'll get some great exposure for whatever she decides to be (sketch artist, painter, actor, singer...pick a career already!).

Anyway, to sum up. It's going to be a wild ride and I can't wait to get more!

Idol starts soon......and I am a little burnt out on drama stuff

Who's excited?

Will I make a super popular fansite for one of the idols this year, like I did for Chris Sligh last year?  Try and get me some of those free tour ticket and backstage passes again? I dunno....we'll have to see if anyone jumps out at me....lol

Hubby and I thought about making sites for all of the top 20 or top 12 idols.....it's a great place for us to put the banner network and they get TONS of traffic after the shows....

We shall see!
