Synopsis of title:A reform school for girls has an internal catfight from hell when a new girl enters the school. Of course, chaos and sex ensue.
Review: I chose this film to review because I think it is one of those pieces where your expectations should be realistic. This is a sexploitation piece, with gratuitous nudity, innuendo, and "sexy" antics. It was never intended to be a masterpiece, but it is fairly entertaining and funny.
So, in other words, have you seen that Lohan flick Mean Girls? Okay, suppose you take Mean Girls and add blood, uncomfortable sex scenes, death, and reform school: You would have the level of character depth in Terrifying Girls. These girls are not just Mean, they are Terrifying. It is way better that Mean Girls because it is not afraid to get weird and go the distance that most cult films will go. Plus, it was made in Japan in 1973! What's not to like? I just wish there was more to it.
