I got an email from a new ebayer this afternoon that he had recieved an item damaged today. I agreed to replace it at no charge. He just left me neutral fb! I mean that is wrong. I can understand if It was my fault that it got busted in the mail but I can't control mail. That just burns me up. What should I do?

hope everyone is doing great! Well the only cleaned seat is this one at my desk.  All the other chairs are gone already or have piles of boxes in them. What are you doing?

My extra bedroom is now cleaned out except for what I stacked on the bed. Im out of boxes and tired. Really the only room left to tackle is my office. I must say though I am getting excited. (not sure about my cat she has pooped in the floor 2 times this week. I think she is mad!) I am looking forward to being in a new location with my stuff out of boxes even if I did get rid of my livingroom furniture. I am closing the store on Saturday so I can get the inventory boxed up and ready to move. It should only take a few hours but with me walking so very slow and hauling stuff up and down steps I am allowing myself a few days. Well I don't have anything in the living room right now but a dropcloth and a ladder. My master bedroom is empty except for the furniture. I am donating the mattress and box springs to charity and then I will take the cherry sleigh bed to a consignment shop along with the rest of the pieces.

Anything that is in my store still and there are over 500 items is dramatically reduced! 40 - 60 percent off and the sale ends tomorrow. I think I will reopen the store in a few weeks but now that ebay has announced the new fees for FVF, I might not! All I do know is I will still be having auctions. So if there is any item you want please go buy it now!

I am moving next week and all items in the store are on sale! Everything needs to go!!! I don't care what the sale says I will be ending all sales tomorrow night. I am closing the store on Saturday so I can box up inventory. I am not sure when the store will reopen. I also will be unable to do ANY shipping from the 7th thru the 10th! I will also be glad to combine shipping on the items! Here are a few that have multiple watchers. If you want one of these items you have less than 2 days before they are gone.

lol, I am taking a break from cleaning out the extra bedroom. Actually its still to cold outside for me to move around much and I have to finish loading my car with all the bags of stuff I am taking to goodwill. Most of the extra bedroom is actually done now though to look at it you could not tell. I have the bed piled up with stuff I need to box up and 2 empty green tubs from christmas decorations. Oh yeah and I have 1 huge Christmastree sitting in the closet floor (not in a box...cause I cant find one that will fit a 8ft artificial even though it is broken down and all pieces/sections are tied together) And 1 big box of lights that I am going to keep.

I had 1 sale this morning from items in my store! WooHoo!!!! Even if I am not making money on the items I don't have to box and move them. The store sale on all items 500+ ends tomorrow afternoon. Everything in my store is marked 40 - 60 percent off. Take advantage of these HUGE savings!!!! I have said I would close the store on Sunday, but I need to correct myself. I am closing it on Saturday! I have a potential buyer walking thru my house Saturday morning and have to start boxing up the inventory to move. I will only be offering auctions on the items I have readily available to ship out. So please if you want any of the animal collectibles that I have and I have 6 pages of watcher you need to place your order today if you can.... no later than tomorrow. I must get the payment by Wednesday of next week if you want it to ship out before I unhook my computer. I will not be able to print or box items Thursday the 7th thru Sunday the 10th! All items will be in storage boxes or a moving truck. The shipping delays for auctions are the same. I am not sure at what point I will be reopening my store.

I hope everyone has a great day! I guess my fung shui (sure that is spelled wrong) is way off. I can't sleep very well  right now. lol my livingroom has a huge ladder and drop cloths sitting in it my garage is full of boxes and my kitchen is empty. The joys of moving or trying to. I am doing my best to move all the items downstairs and into the garage. I just have so much stuff.... plus it don't help that I don't walk very well.

I am beat, got 1/2 the extra bedroom and office finished today. My dining room and bathrooms are caulked. The main wall in the kitchen has been repainted. The cathedral ceiling is fixed... waiting on the plaster to dry so it can be repainted. The door to the garage now has trim. The outlet that were white have been changed ti black. Fixed the stormdoor, towel rod in 1 bathroom is back on the wall, the doorknob to the coat closet was replaced and now I gotta go switch out the water filter in the kitchen sink and the shower massager in the down bath. Whew.... thank gosh I had someone helping me today. Tomorrow I need to take a load to goodwill, finish as much as I can of the upstairs ofiice and bedroom. and move stuff around in the garage so I can fit more boxes.

Store is closing on Sunday. Anything that is not gone by then that is a store listing will be boxed up. I will still have auctions going but those are going to be winding down over the next few days. I am running out of time. lol, I have a walk thru on Saturday (keeping fingers crossed that this person buys) Tuesday Crisis Conrtol is picking up a couch, recliner, 2 tvs that I dont use, and aa king size mattress and box spring. By then I may have even more big stuff that I have uncovered.

ok, now that I have rambled I am going to go do the bathroom shower head and water filter. Then I am going to drop.

I just cleaned another shelf off and I hate to throw these out but I can't take them with me so if you want them you have 1 week before I move! Unfourtunatly it filled up almost the whole flat rate box so I can't combine shipping on this item.

Personally (jmho) Im okay with ebay fees however it is not really cost effective for me. I seem to sell more item thru my store. I still have a good amount of inventory left and am now on the fence as to weather I will reopen the store or just list auctions. I am already losing money on here. I have enough repeat customers that inorder to keep my prices comtitive I will be talking to bhpp about hosting a site and just doing auctions on here.

Anyhoo the main reason for the blog is if there is an item you want you need to go ahead and get it now. I am moving next week and the store may not reopen.
