I had one of my items removed for being in the wrong category. I put my Massage E-Book with the other books. It was my first Item for sell and I couldn't find any where else to put it. So anyway it got deleted and they sent an email and I was like OK now I know. Soo I went to change my other Items. The first one I tried to change is going to end today. There was no where for me to change the category.Only a place to add a second category and that cost money. I clicked help and it told me to do what I was already trying to so. So I went to live chat. Now I say to JANICE L. Everything above. How I'm new , my item got deleted, I want to fix the rest, it won't let me, ect. She says Can I have the item number. I give it to her. Then she proceeds to say..I just want to let you know that when you try to put items in the wrong category on purpose severe action will be taken up to and including the termination of your account. I was like WHAT. I wasn't trying to lie. I had no idea I did that. I found the best place I could and I want to resolve the situation with your help I hope. So then she says I'm upset and calm down. Now mind you I just want some simple instructions so I can follow the rules from here on out. LOL My goodness. Anyway the call gets back to her telling me to do what I already told her I treid to do but that the option was not available.(the beginning of the chat) She says Oh. You can only change the category up to 12 hours before it ends....(Straight Face)...so don't worry about that one. just fix the rest. Can I shoot myself now? Could she not have told me this in the beginning? I just had to get that OUT! So many I can't get them up fast enough! I have a great concept. A very unselfish one at that. I want to help people help themselves. I want to help people enhance their careers, lives, and mentality for a very affordable price. I want to give people access to the real money makers. By phone, email, even face to face. Doesn't everyone want that? Eeeeeeeee wrong. You can have the best products in the world but if no one knows about them. If no one goes to your page. If you have no traffic as the experts like to say. YOU MAKE NO MONEY. YOU HELP NO ONE. Man this is mind blowing. Ok dear friends of mine. Based on what I sell, tell me what you want. Tell me what you need. Tell me how you feel about my pricing. Other sellers: Tell me how long you usually post your items for. Does everything have to be auctioned or can they just have a set price?
