Rubie is teething!

Hi,

Today I am acting as Rubie's teething ring, well I should say my legs are! Any suggestions as to what will stop my 9 and a half week old German Shepherd puppy chewing?

Oh I love German Shepherd puppies......you need to post a picture!

Just give your puppy lots of chew toys.

I notice your id, and my daughter is an acute care paramedic working with firefighters. She has a black German Shepherd puppy that is about 8 months old now. Lots of chew toys and like most problems, it will cure itself in time. We have many chair and table legs marked by teething puppies in the past. Good luck!

Try a Kong, the best pacifier I've ever found, comes in about 3 different sizes, available at pet stores, Walmart, Target. I fill it with peanut butter & cherrios. Keeps the little rascals busy for a long time.

Thanks for all your comments. I will continue to buy chew toys for my little baby but the truth is that I don't really mind a bit of chewing, I'm hoping it will help us bond!!!
I will post a photo as soon as I get one uploaded, she is such a cutie.
