Most Recent Posts Canadian Shipping Calculator... Loosing Sales!Posted Jan-10-08 23:36:27 PST I have been using ebay.ca's New Canadian Shipping Calculator to save time listing, but seems to be just be loosing me sales when the shipping cost comes up to a customer's location (I cannot see the price quoted via the Calculator to their exact location). I have received emails from potential customers complaining about these prices. I have noticed these high prices when looking at US Listings too, when shipping to me in Canada. $20-$30. I don't even bother bidding... Now I know why my sales have been down! Anyone else had this experience? I know 90% is the high postal rates. Now I have asked for customers to send me there address and I go to Canada Post site myself and get the quotes myself which seems to work better for everyone. But alot more work for me! |
