Most Recent Posts I NEED HELP!!! UWELLCOME AT IT AGAIN!!!Posted Apr-11-08 09:47:38 PDT I filed a complaint for the unreceived item. They refunded but they turned around and filed a complaint for UNPAID item. I have responded of course, but they have not. I don't want a strike on my good record. Any ideas? I've tried going through the Help section...no success. BEWARE OF UWELLCOME!!!Posted Apr-05-08 06:23:57 PDT if you order from them, and do not receive item, then leave a negative feedback, they ALWAYS leave a neg feedback in return, saying you are an unreasonable buyer. DO NOT BACK DOWN!!! I did and they continue to do shoddy business with buyers. They do not even offer to reship....which my experience with other sellers shows that most will do that if they want to keep goodwill. Stick by your neg feedback. They will have to do better if people know they fall short on their commitments! Suzanne Country vs CityPosted Mar-23-08 20:40:26 PDT Updated Mar-27-08 18:57:50 PDT I like the country. The trees wave hello in the breeze. The birds serenade each other. Grass ripples and shines in the sun, which smiles warmly down upon it all during the day. The air carries the scent of flowers, the grass, and the pine trees. Stars and the Moon glow brightly at night. The air has a cool mystery for those that inhale. Depending on the time of year, crickets or "peepers" sing their praises to the starshine. One can hear the occasional owl calling or the wolf crying out to his mate. Sitting there on the steps, one can close her eyes and feel at one with nature. In the city it seems cold, hard, unfeeling. Trees and grass seem as sparse as the smiles on the faces. The sun glares hotly down on pavement that throws the heat back to tired feet and car tires. Only pigeons seem to be at home, nesting on ledges or roofs, defecating in flight, eating whatever they can find. The air seems lifeless, filled with the smell of exhaust. Sirens scream, horns blare, engines roar...nothing is peaceful. At night the stars seem invisible by reason of the streetlights. The moon is only visible when out in parking lots or on the highway. Tall buildings block the view. It is hard to relax when your heart pounds in panic. It is hard to feel one with nature when your senses are dulled by stench of industry. |
