I NEED HELP!!! UWELLCOME AT IT AGAIN!!!

I filed a complaint for the unreceived item.  They refunded but they turned around and filed a complaint for UNPAID item.  I have responded of course, but they have not.  I don't want a strike on my good record.  Any ideas? I've tried going through the Help section...no success.

Not a lot you can do. You can prove you paid though. The seller is being a butt. Make sure you respond to the unpaid dispute through the dispute depp\artment. If you do that, then you can leave feedback for the seller. If you don't respond thru the dispute console, your feedback will be removed. The seller won't leave you a neg if you can leave one for him. I frikken hate sellers like that. They are the reason that the feedback forum is changing.

Hello suzi; just make sure you keep responding. If there is an option to escalate it, I would do that too.

ebay makes sellers go through the unpaid item process to clear you from their unpaid listing after giving you a refund, otherwise you show up on the seller's list forever. It's supposed to come up that both the buyer and seller agreed to end the transaction. Looks like they goofed. Contact the seller and ask them what is going on. If they goofed, they'll probably fix it. If not, email ebay

If you have proof you paid show it to ebay.

I think the seller did it on purpose. It should be like 2woofers said. It should be we agree to not complete the transaction. Then the seller gets their fees refunded but the buyer does not get a strike.

You have proof of payment if you have paid through paypal, They put id numbers on every transaction, both the payment and the refund as well as dates.....forward a copy of both the payment and of the refund to the seller....(that may jar their memory)....ask them to withdraw their unpaid item dispute or you will be forced to file a complaint with BOTH paypal's safe harbor and ebays trust and saftey department...(they could loose their selling privledges for such an infraction)....give them the chance to correct the error. :o)

A strike does not mean anything, but you can't give a negative while it is going on. The seller has no right to refund your money and then turn around and say you did not pay. Go to live chat right now and have your item # and the seller--your Pay Pal number and tell them what is happening. You do not have to put a non payment to undo the transaction. Just stopping you from giving a negative and trying to intimidate and bully you and could regret giving the refund to you. If they refunded on Pay Pal, it will show that you did not pay and slight chance he forgot he refunded the money. Go to live help now to protect yourself, see if your payment light is out and mark it payment sent, and write Hey buddy what's up with refunding me the money and wanting me to pay now?
