F1 Team Mania now Spreading, what's the secret???

I’ve noticed that more and more people were being engaged with the so called f1 team mania. I’m wondering if it’s a kind of habit which everyone likes to deal with. There are plenty of groups that put up on different sites of the net, most of them consists of thousands of members too. These people were racing  fanatics, they love the f1 teams so much from BMW Sauber, Ferrari, Honda, McLaren Mercedes, Renault, Toyota, Williams F1. Others preferred other teams like Audi, Citroen, Porsche, Volkswagen, Corvette, Mazda, and a whole bunch more. I admire these people who have the capability of organizing groups and attracting people to join them. I want to know how they deal with it… can somebody tell me???
