Because of my love for Ebay and shopping on here, on the 15/04/08 i quit smoking, promising myself, that if i did quit, i would spend the £30 i would be saving from spending on tobacco i would be able to spend on Ebay.

Today is 23/05/08 and i havent had a single puff of a smoke since giving up. My asthma doesnt bother me so much now which means i dont have to be taking my inhaler so much. Its great.

I'm now like a kid in a sweet shop, completely addicted (happily so) to Ebay. So Its all spend spend spend from here on.

The only problem i have found. My breath always feels and tastes like the bottom of a budgie cage. Any tips or advice anyone can give would be very much appreciated. lol as its bloody disgusting. lol

I guess im typing this as my nerves are so frigile right now and im hoping that if anyone has been through one can offer any reassurence please.
1am my partner and  i were just going to bed and my bed started shaking, i thought it was my bloke messing about till i saw his face and he wasnt even touching my bed. i just sat there and started crying.
i never thought id react like that seeing as im one of those preparing for disaster, with my tent compass etc, just goes to show you.
please someone give me any info to steady my nerves, im not going back bed. im so bloody shaken up.

Well, i know there would proberly be domination issues, but they were tollerating each other until a couple of hours ago.
My dog has a puncture wound on her neck which i have trimmed around, treated and bandaged:-(
We have split them up now, and called the owners to come and collect Cleo.
It will be a while before i try this again and when/if i do, it wont be another Akita
Im sad for lots of reasons, for my pooch with her poorly neck, for cleo who will be going back to people that clearly weren't looking after her,
again for Cleo because she could have had a wonderful start to a new happier life and for us because we had grown fond of her in the short time we have had her.

At last, after quite a few timewasters we have a new member to the family, another Akita :)
Shes 4yrs old and called cleo, shes huge.
She was very underweight, her spine and ribs were starting to show, she needs alot of work. She has had little/no training and doesnt appear to be housetrained, judging by the less than 24 hrs we have had her.
WE gave her a little food last night, not too much as her body may not handle it.
There has been a couple of dominant issues between the two girls but only the odd growl, they are quiet together at the minute so its all going well.
going to be looking for some doggy products online today i think, a bed and food bowls for starters i think.
after that, and when shes filled out a little bit more , a trip to the PDSA for a check up for them both, Cleo has a tiny bit of fur on her paw she has been chewing so i reckon a check up is in order. Fleas? mainge? who knows but the sooner they are checked up on the better.
Cleo has very bad wind also. My silver had that too before i started putting her on dry multi food  mix so hopefully  that will go soon.( i hope, YUK!!!).
Having a new kitchen put in the last couple of days too, tiler and floor people coming today.
Partner is stressed coz all of the things from the kitchen are in our living room at the minute.
His beloved kitchen is a mess. so its all been go here.
i reckon i might get a couple of nice gadgets for him from EBAY for his new kitchen :)
well Cleo is whining so a bit of attention is needed :-) not that i mind.

I was without my beloved Ebay because the area where i live had a power surge so to be safe they cut all electricity in the area, all the shops in the centre closed because the tills rely on electric. lmao
I laughed my head off because it had seemed that the entire place just stopped fuctioning.
My partner couldnt believe how quiet it was without the fridge making noises and the other sounds that we take for granted caused by having electric.
Wow however did medieval people cope?
Apart from needing electric for my pc ;-) i think i could cope,
Maybe after a month or two i could even live without my pc..................Nah!!!!! lol

I suffer badly like a person going through cold turkey when im away from my pc.

Anyway, today i got a tummy bug so in a sec im off for a nice relaxing bath and to bed. Hopefuly sleep will do me the world of good, it usually does :-)

ive been watching items like crazy today though, mainly pet orientated, dog coats and little bootees lol hoodies etc, well its ok for the americans to pamper their pets, why not the brits too lol

Woke up to an email from the dog owner today, yay!!!!!!!!

She wants to bring Bremner the Rotter to meet me dan and silver on Sunday all being well :)
So with luck, we still could have a new addition to the family.

Cant wait, if i can get another picture on here, i might put on the one she sent me of him, hes a handsome chappy.
Looks like i will be looking for Pet items on Ebay after all :-) at the same time, Dan, my partner is badly in need of new clothes so i guess it will be tied in with that :-)

Still got a day to go before i see if ive won the tv on Ebay i so desperately need.
Ive got an advert on a site called 'preloved' coz im looking for a pooch as comapny for my beautiful 'Silver', my Akita, and as another pooch for my partner, Daniel, and I to spoil and we may have just found one.
Someone answered my ad with a rottweiler offer, Hes a castrated male of 2 1/2 and hes absolutely gorgeous. Really great sounding owners, puppy classes trained, micro chipped, the owners are moving to Australia from Uk.
I'm In discussion mode with them at the moment but im quietly hopeful. If we do adopt him, i could be looking for pet supplies from Ebay next lol
