Most Recent Posts My New Adventure!Posted Nov-13-07 21:53:17 PST My new adventure in the world of eBay! I've been working hard the past two months and opened a niche store through the BANS program. This is a very easy to use program that incorporates eBay Affiliate program with outside ecommerce. My niche is nursing bras! If anyone is interested in viewing my store for more details on BANS stores (Build a Niche Store) go to: http://www.thefertilemyrtle.com/ and click the Build a Niche Store at the bottom of my home page. I welcome comments and tips to improve the look and layout of my site. Wishing Yall Well, Yayah About Me and this blogPosted Oct-13-07 20:42:14 PDT My photo tells it all. My life is about raising happy and healthy children. With a motley crew like this one, feeding and housing can become a problem. This photo was taken a few years back; the children are a little older now but no more demanding. In the past I’ve thought a lot about selling on eBay, but never had the nerve to do it, not until my husband was turned down for the third time for disability benefits. My past job was costing me more to maintain it then it was benefiting the family. With an outrageous car payment (insurance, gas and crazy mileage) and no food in the house, my husband and I had to make major financial changes if we are going to survive another three years waiting on an appeal. Our first step was to try out selling on eBay. As you can see, I set my account up in September of 2007. I’ve been collecting items here and there mostly items from my home and donations from family and friends. My husband has been doing very well with his Xmod selling. Please see his auctions at ‘Wurk2hard’ . This is a very exciting time for us. I love watching ‘My eBay’ for watchers and bidders and when the money comes in well….WHOOHOO! I know with a little hard work and the will to succeed our family will be just fine. Send a prayer our way and any words of encouragement, some days are just plain hard.
I hope I will make new friends and gain new ideas to help us through the rough times. All comments are welcome. |
