Most Recent Posts money money money<atv>Posted May-17-08 11:57:12 PDT i just finished buying a pair of atv's off allstar . they shipped the first one and when it was saposed to arive all they had was a packing slip . so they lost it . contacted seller .I have emailed day and ross customer service to find out what's going on with this shipment. It's too early to say. in that size of writing thats the response i got when their shipper said personaly on the phone that they had lost it . email this is how they deal with things . so a week later this one is found in montreal . they ship it to winnepeg then tell me 4 more day from winnepeg to regina <5hr drive> lol horrible . shows up right and the thing looks like its been mashed and its in a iron crate incassing . well their are no instructions for set up and bolts are missing and no word of a lie just about every bolt and nut is stripped . so i get looken the battery has leaked battery acid all over during shipping and its an old battery . i had it profetionaly looked at and they said buy a new one its done . so i email allstar explain that yes their was alittle damage to the quads but nothin big all i wanted is a new battery as they were listed as new atv's never ridden ect... well they want more money . i have to pay for this when they send me old things so i am going threw a few steps with ebay . but if this matter is not adressed they will find out the hard way that proper servise is cheaper then a strong out leagle battle that my cousin will win for me garenteed . allstar has picked on the wrong customer . keep posted for further developments and anyone else with the same or simular problems keep in touch and write response maybe a class action suite would teach this company that canadian consumers are not easily brushed off . and if all star is reading this :P give me a negetive rating see if i care .... u will not shut me up . either deal with me or i will deal with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! money money money<atv>Posted May-17-08 11:54:39 PDT i just finished buying a pair of atv's off allstar . they shipped the first one and when it was saposed to arive all they had was a packing slip . so they lost it . contacted seller .I have emailed day and ross customer service to find out what's going on with this shipment.
