When they pay in a timely manner they have done what they have contracted to do...they paid. OK so here is where the fun starts, I sell at a fair price, ship the next business day after payment with reasonable S&H fee's or even for free. The item arrives to the buyer in short order and they are happy, wheres MY feedback? There needs to be some way of getting the buyers to leave feedback. If i havent left feedback for a sold item I get a message from eBay saying "You need to leave Feedback" Do buyers get these? With the changes eBay has made to the system Feedback is more important than ever but if Buyers wont leave it what can we as sellers do? |
