Markdown Feature Having Problems or am I Seeing Things?

Good Morning all!

Has anyone tried the MARKDOWN feature? We were excited to have a Sale in our Book department with 10% off - only to find that there seems to be a kink in the system and somehow our knives, luggage and various DVD's were now discounted 9% also! Is anyone else having that problem? Have you had any luck fixing it? (Besides going to the time and expense of ending every auction and then relisting them?) {gold-dragon-treasure-trove}

Oh sure.. several things have sold, but they were items that really didn't have any leeway on price because they are commission items. YIKES! I am REALLY SURE eBay is not going to make up the difference to us because of a bug in THEIR system. OH NO! Anyway... If anyone else is facing this.. We would like to hear about it.
