Whilst everyone has been enjoying their summer holidays I have been hard at work increasing my range and stock level of fantastic Organic Herbs and Spices from the Steenbergs Organics range.  I have added many new products such as delicious belnded spices, Fairtrade and Organic Teas in stylish tins.  Following on from comments received I have also increased the amount of stock I have available on eBay and you should find there is always at least two of each product available.  Buying two or more products gives a good saving on postage.  If you cant find what you want then just contact me and I will do my best to help.  Have a great summer

Welcome to The Spice Cellar Blog update.  The online store for Organic and Fairtrade Herbs and Spices

We have some exciting new items coming into stock from 1st June all from the Steenbergs Organics Range.  We will have some fantastic organic teas in stylish containers. Also added to the range Organic Rose Water, Organic Peppermint Extract - These are the real thing and not to be confused with the manufactured supermarket esscences!

In addition to our extensive herb and spice range we will be adding Anise Seeds, Asafoetida, Cassia Powder, Celery Seed, Fairtrade Cinamon Quills, Mixican Chilli Powder, Ras Al-Hanut, Sesame Seeds, Smoked Paprika and Sumach Powder.

Whole Organic Nutmegs have arrived from Sri Lanka so these will also be available as well.  Items that are currently out of stock are always listed on our In Stock Soon page within the shop and of course all these items will be replenished at the same time.

Steenbergs have had a small price rise which I will try to minimise - It looks like Standard Jars that are currently £2.05 will rise to £2.15, most other prices will be unchanged.  It will take me a week or two to alter all the prices on existing stocks so its a good time to take advantage and order now!

Alastair - The Spice Cellar

At last I have some products to list and there are four items in the shop today! Over the next week this number will start to rise rapidly up to approximately 100 products from the Steenbergs Organics range - Everything is in place for the shop to function and the web site is up and running at www.spicecellar.co.uk - it will grow as the products are listed in the ebay store.  Im sure there are a few bugs to iron out here and there so any comments are appreciated - Regards Alastair at The Spice Cellar

At last The Spice Cellar is starting to happen - It has been a long time in planning, with so much to do, from converting an old eBay account to a shiny new one with a new name and an eBay shop, to sourcing great products that are truly wonderful organic herbs and spices.

Herbs and Spices are a long way from my other eBay passion which is ollielander and the Mascot Mania store which specialises in all things to do with Michelin Man collectable items.

Over the next couple of weeks you will start to see a wide range of glorious organic herbs and spices start to appear in the shop - please be patient as we are waiting for things to arrive - I am just learning that the pepper harvest is just finishing and that the nutmeg is delayed on boat from Sri Lanka!  So there may be a few teething problems at first.

I look forward to welcoming new and old customers to The Spice Cellar and providing the same high levels of service as that of my other user identity ollielander & Mascot Mania
