About Me  | Most Recent Posts Business is good.Posted Mar-31-08 11:22:15 PDT As a self-employed retailer of primitive country decor, I find myself wringing my hands, worrying about the effect this recession and economy is going to have on us "small guys". I love what I do. Primitives are a huge part of my life and are loved and purchased by many, many collectors, decorators & "prim addicts" such as myself. But as the dollar decreases in value and the pennies are pinched tighter and tighter, folks are forced to give up things that aren't necessary, and I fear primitives are in that category. So far so good though, things seem to be staying at a fairly steady pace. I'll continue to count my blessings and pray for the future. |
