Most Recent Posts Relisting an item that wasn't paid for?Posted Nov-21-06 12:33:59 PST Ok, so I sold one of my TMX Elmos but the second person hasn't paid yet. I said clearly in the auction that I wanted this paid for before Thanksgiving ... well, I haven't heard from him at all and I still don't have payment. When do you think it would be ok to relist this? I'm worried about this buyer anyway because he has negs for bouncing checks to other sellers ... I would really just like to get this sold and paid for so I can ship it out and not have to deal with a poor feedback buyer. But on the other hand I don't want to pull this out from under him ... how long should I wait? is anyone else having trouble with eBay matchups?Posted Nov-19-06 21:00:04 PST I was having so much fun with matchups for a while but now a lot of people are complaining! I get really sick of hearing "you stole my idea!" I mean really, is Kirk vs. Picard THAT original an idea? Star Trek nerds have been arguing about it for decades but they think I got the idea after I saw their matchup! And luckily this has not happened to me but some people seem to think just because they find an image on google search that no one else can use it! Those images are not copyrighted by any matchup users but if you get a similar image they are angry! I think as long as images are not copyrighted by the eBayer then they are fair game for anyone ... I know some people were concerned about auctions being flooded but so far I think I have done well, especially with some of the stuff that didn't sell the first time around. I have some bids so I think in the end it was definitely worth it! How did it work out for everyone else, are auctions really flooded after this? |
