Peg has been harassing me for the past year because of a dishonest buyer that i once had who tried to scam me outta 7 sports jerseys and failed because ebay denied him in the dispute because i supported enough evidence that the buyer had gotten what he paid for.

ebay knows how listings go and so did i. i gave my buyers choices... and that was my downfall. and it did not happen again.

That doesn't really matter when it said on the description that it was for 7 jerseys all in one lot, not individually. You actually messed up on that listing. That's okay as long as you make it right in the end. Everyone screws up sometimes, but normally they admit it.

I never saw anything on that description that said that they had their choice out of seven. It said a lot of seven. I remember the whole thing quite clearly. I also remember you getting rather rude with me when I tried to be helpful to you. You're not getting yourself anywhere by continuing this.

No. you are seeing things as one side. you are not absorbing all of the facts and using all the facts. you choose to believe someones story that had no part of what happened and made an assumption based on very little facts and a poor assumption at that rather that the persons facts that you are being told about. and ebay saw all of my facts. i just told you. ebay made a decision based on solo*enterprises statement and he had no proof to prove he was correct and all of my images of the invoice and other listings paypal images and order confirmation image. they saw he had 2 last names and 2 addresses. and that is the mark of a scammer.
