So now the final chapter of 1 of my adventures in life is ending I'm preparing myself for another.......................Fatherhood: the beginning

I've so far worked out how to make a cot from scratch (with no instruction book I might add) and even those so called easy assembled travel cots for when our baby is down stairs. I've read website after website on bein a dad and even signed upto a few sites (reluctantly sometime cos gf just signed me in).

I've learned a few funny things aswell

. my gf is in the "nesting stage" now which is intrigueing and facinating at the same time

. I'm having less weird dreams now than what I use to (the weirdest was my gf in bed with a faceless baby next to her)

But the best thing so far has got to be the 4D scan, seriously these things are amazing and any Dad 2b needs 1 of these to make it all real to him. we wnt 4 the full package and got the dvd and cd rom of the whole videos and images and these things are the closest your gunna get to seeing you baby till she/he actually "pops out".

I going into "rant" mode now so I'll leave it there for now n I'll get more in 7 or so weeks time when hopefullymy daughter will be fully in this world.

P.S I got the weeks wrong on my 1st post but I'm learning.......lol

People with claws in there hands or people who could fly through the air, comics are a escape to worlds of make believe and for most of my childhood (and a little bit beyond) I was fascinated by comics how you could involve yourself in fantastic adventures be it on other planets or the New York sewers you name it some bright eyed writer would create it.

But now I got a whole new adventure awaiting me one which can't be closed when your tired or one where you can't skip a couple of chapters ahead and see how things turn out.

Theres no set good or bad guys in this adventure no right or wrong here. And what adventure am I talking about? well none other than............ Fatherhood!!!! yes people I'm talkin about becoming a Dad the thrills, the spills and the crying (plus a baby to deal with).

So I've got the countdown T minus 9 week and countin so as I await the begining of the greatest adventure of my life I wonder to myself...........................will my daughter like comcs?????????
