Ltd is a very well established purveyor of fine Chestrefield furniture in the UK. I have now re-located to Brisbane and am working in partnership with local manufacturer Danial Beinke to create some of the finest furniture around. Please have a look at our website the original sofa co. com to see some of the work we have carried out (it is by no means exhaustive though!!). Worlds Finest Chesterfields? I consider myself to be very experienced in this type of furniture and am confident when I say that the furniture we are manufacturing here in Brisbane is definately, without any question, some of the finest furniture being made anywhere in the world!! Manufacturing here in Brisbane with full license of the "Australia Made" campaign, we are able to make ablsolutely any Chesterfield furniture to our clients exact requirements. All of our New furniture is Made in Australia and environmentally friendly. This means we use only seasonal hard woods from renewable sources and foams that have been classified as environmentally friendly by the Australian Trade and Industry (categorised "Environmental Choice"). Our new pieces can be either from a "Mainline" range for which we use modern manufacturing methods, or, can be from our "Historic" range. Our Historic range is manufactured in exactly the same way as early Victorian Chesterfields were made. Thus ensuring they are around 100 years from now. We also have a shipment of English Chesterfields leaving the UK in 2 weeks and will be made up of 50 pieces (we have a stock of 200 pieces in the UK which can be ordered from) of used Chesterfield furniture. These will come in a variety of reds, greens and browns and are a mixture of sofas, Queen Anne chairs and Club chairs. We will also have several Victorian Chesterfields that have been fully restored and a good selection of Victorian, Edwardian and Art Deco frames that can be restored to clients specifications. These really are our speciality pieces. They are a fantastic investment and once re-leathered will not only retain value but I am confident that 10 years would see significantly increased value. A price guide is as follows: New Mainline Range: 3 Seater Sofa - $3995 New "Historic" Range: 3 Seater Sofa - $5500 Used: 3 Seater Sofa - $1500 Antique: (prices are fully restored) 3 Seater Sofa- $5500 We are so cinfident the quality of our goods that we offer the following warranties on all new furniture:- Structural - Domestic 25 yrs Fillings (cushions) - Domestic lifetime Clients can get a real insight into how their furniture is made and can even appoint to come back once we start to make their piece, have a coffee and learn a bit more about the process. Regards David Classic Porsches.Posted Mar-13-08 20:50:06 PDT Updated Mar-13-08 21:05:05 PDT I will shortly be turning one of my passions into slightly more than and interest. In the next 8-10 weeks I will be begin importing very good examples of 1970's and 1980's Porsches into Brisbane which will be available for distribution around Australia. Working closely with a well established UK classic Porsche specialist, we will source strong, clean examples for export to Australia. I will put a large focus on the 1980's 911's as I feel they were poignant in the life of Porsche and its market develompent as a manufacturer. They are certainly 'Iconic' and look set to increase in value dramatically over the next few years as the 1960's and 1970's models become ever rarer. Hence offering very affordable entry into Porsche ownership and also a sound investment opportunity. If you are interested in purchasing a classic Porsche (pre 1989) then please give me a call and we can have a chat about your requirements. Regards David +61 (0)421 566386 |
