Hero Arts SUMMER 2008Posted Jun-04-08 13:47:26 PDT So I just got Hero Arts new catalog. I was surprised at how small the envelope was. They normally send out an 8.5 x 11 glossy catalog for their new releases to retailers but not this time. But to no surprise to me, Hero Arts has hopped on the "go green" bandwagon. Good for them! In fact, that is the theme of their entire summer 2008 release: "Inspiring Green creativity with stamps".
Gone are the glossy, beautifully printed 8.5 x 11 catalogs. It has been replaced by a 5.5 x 8.5 24-page catalog printed on recycled paper. Don't get me wrong, these changes did not take away from the quality and content of the catalog. The colors are as vivid, the descriptions just as well written. I say kudos to the marketing team!
Here is a little sidebar: The third page contained a little green fact: Our US made photopolymer is biodegradable and classified as an organic material. Another point for Hero Arts!
Enough of the accolades and let's get on to business. New original designs includes birds, branches, flowers and trees. They are releasing their newest addition to their extensive Clear Design collection, the 4 x 12 clear stamp big enough to cover the entire unfolded card projects. It is also ideal for 12 x 12 scrapbook pages. This new release includes 4 different designs.
They are also including 4 new 4 x 6 ClearDesign stamps and 8 new designblocks.
I can't wait to see these in person.
Keep checking with us and be the first to know.
