Here is what happened. I won some items from a seller. Four days after making payment, I received a payment reminder. I emailed the seller, and they were all over the place, did not know what was going on and my items had not shipped. I was winning additional auctions from the same seller. Needless to say, if he couldnt get my first order right, why would I want to do business with them again? I cancelled my bids on the items and I was blocked for 30 days. They claim that despite the seller's actions, I was in the wrong, and they would take care of the second order if I paid and didnt receive it. Why would I want to buy additional items from the same seller? Way to look out for the buyer, Ebay. I emailed them several times and they simply provide generic emails such as "appropriate action was taken". Sometimes I doubt it is a computer rather than a live person that simply replies with generic answers that may match. Ethan O. is a particularly lazy employee of ebay and is the main reason for my boycott.!
