Hire new support reps!

I just spent a useless hour on chat with ebay "help." This morning I have been getting notifications about my items that closed unsuccessfully. I turned this notification off about SEVER YEARS ago, so obviously I was surprised.

The first rep I spoke with kept sending me answers intended for someone else. Then he transferred me to Selling Manager Pro support without my permission or knowledge! How is this a SMP issue?

I explained the issue to the next rep, and expressed that I was upset about being transferred without my permission. Silence, silence.... hello?.... hello? Finally (almost 5 minutes later) he responds to tell me he too is transferring me. Again without my knowledge, permission, and this time without even acknowledging my existence. The 3rd person at least tried to help, but did keep telling me my settings looked fine.

An hour later I am agitated and no closer to an answer. What crap {grr}
