As a buyer you get to rate us on a five star rating system. These DSR STARS provide buyers with useful information about sellers in addition to feedback scores. eBay is now offering discounts and special search placements to PowerSellers based on very high Detailed Seller Ratings. If you are happy with us, please give us a five star rating in each category! A four star rating actually hurts us. PowerSellers are now to be rewarded by eBay for a 4.8 star average. Time-Warp is a small family run business. We usually pack and ship once a week. Please be kind to us when rating our shipping speed. If you need something fast or have a special request please contact us via "Ask seller a question" links. When a buyer requests that we expedite shipping, we always do our best to ship out as soon as possible and / or are willing to overnight a package as long as the buyer is willing to pay for an overnight package. Please ask us to expedite shipping using the "Ask seller a question" link, rather than in a PayPal payment note. We often don't see special notes in PayPal when preparing our labels. We usually try to keep shipping costs down by using a ground service. Since we are on the West Coast US, US buyers should realize that packages are usually a week in transit when they go coast to coast. When we use USPS Global Priority Mail for our international customers, the US Postal Service doesn't guarantee a delivery date. Usually the packages arrive within 10 days from the day we ship, but we have seen many delays. These are beyond our control, so please don't hold that against us. We often track and followup to try to figure out what happened to a missing international package. As far as shipping costs, please keep in mind that we use high quality packing materials. The cost to ship is usually stated in our listing for items that can ship via standard UPS or USPS and includes our costs for packing and materials. We want you to know in advance what shipping will cost. For international packages we prepare customs forms which requires some handling time. Please take those costs into consideration when you bid on our items. We pride ourselves on our packing and go the extra mile to protect the items we sell. Please rate us on the care we take when you consider the price. I wish that eBay had a rating for packaging quality instead of just cost! Larger boxes cost more to ship, but they protect your item better. Thank you for being our customer! Please feel free to contact us with your questions or concerns.
